System equipped for laser marking of steel parts using a high-performance 50W Keyence® laser. The installation allows simultaneous marking of two parts and multiple components, ensuring efficient and accurate production flow.
The type of part to be marked is automatically identified using Cognex® smart cameras and IFM® displacement sensors, which offer high detection and positioning accuracy. Feeding and removing parts are semi-automatic and protected by SICK® safety barriers, ensuring a safe and controlled process.
